Christian Seely led its purchase in 2004 and, with André Esteve as his partner since 2012, has rebuilt and replanted extensively; a new winery was built in 2005 and winemaker Carlos Agrellos has succeeded his uncle António. Everything is made from estate fruit alone. Três Parcelas takes Touriga Nacional from three south-facing plots — Apontador at 253–303 metres, Tomba Chapéus at 155–241 and Mina at 185–222 — fermented eight days in steel, through malolactic, then aged 12 months in 225-litre French oak, 20% new, 45% second-year and 35% third.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eFood and drinking\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGood with roast lamb, beef stew, grilled sardines with peppers and hard cheeses.
