The estate sits at an average of 360 metres in one of the highest parts of Penedès, with 102 hectares of vines among 500 hectares of forest, on shallow, hillside soils that keep yields low. The grapes were hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed very gently with a short maceration for colour, fermented under temperature control and then blended from the single 2023 vintage before secondary fermentation in bottle and 18 months' ageing on the lees.
