The 45-hectare property lies on clay and limestone, between the Garonne and the Dordogne and within reach of the Atlantic, which tempers the warm summers. Vines have been farmed organically since 2019 and the estate is certified organic from the 2023 vintage, alongside HVE certification for its wider environmental practice. Every plot is vinified separately: skin contact and cold stabilisation, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, then five months in tank before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eFood and drinking\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe at 8-10°C.
