Bonarda 100%.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eThe producer\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMatías Riccitelli, son of the winemaker Jorge Riccitelli, set up his own winery in 2009 after vintages at top Argentine estates and around the world; his 50 hectares sit on three sites in Luján de Cuyo, and the estate made the Top 100 of the World's Best Vineyards in 2025. This Bonarda comes from Vistalba at 1,050 metres, from vines averaging 60 years old, trained on vertical shoot position for naturally low yields, on clay-loam over rocky subsoil, flood-irrigated in the traditional way, with de-leafing and green harvest in December and hand-picking into 20 kg trays. Part destemmed and part whole-cluster, it fermented with native yeasts in open square vats without additions at 26–28°C over several weeks, then spent 12 months in seasoned French oak until the next harvest.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eFood and drinking\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGood with barbecued meats, empanadas, chorizo and rich pasta dishes.
