Greco 100%.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eThe producer\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eFeudi di San Gregorio began in the mid-1980s with the aim of safeguarding local traditions and unlocking the potential of Campania's native grapes — Fiano, Greco, Falanghina and Aglianico — and became one of the central names in the renaissance of southern Italian wine. The vineyards spread across gentle hills at Sorbo Serpico, about an hour from Naples, on volcanic soil, sandstone and marl, with the chalky Tufo soil giving the wine its elegance; each site is monitored by its own weather station, pesticides are not used, and the rows are left unweeded to encourage biodiversity. The estate took B Corp certification in 2021, the same year it was awarded Equalitas certification, and in 2024 received the Old Vine Hero Award for its research on century-old Aglianico vines at Taurasi. Fermentation took place in stainless steel at 16 to 18°C to preserve the varietal character, followed by four months on the lees in tank.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eFood and drinking\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe at 8–10°C.
