The Glera grapes come from sustainably farmed vines on alluvial soils around Treviso. Winemaker Mauro de Pieri destems and gently presses the fruit, ferments it in steel at no more than 18–20°C to keep the fruit pure, then takes the second fermentation in pressurised tanks by the Charmat method with selected yeasts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eFood and drinking\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGood as an aperitif, with antipasti, prawns, light pastries and fruit desserts.
