At Edka Wines, we believe our members deserve not only the best wines but also the best value. That’s why we offer a Price Match Guarantee on every bottle we sell. If you find the same wine available at a lower price from another reputable UK-based retailer after purchasing from us, we’ll refund you the difference — no fuss, no delay.

Here’s how it works:

  • Buy any wine from Edka Wines as a member.

  • If, within 14 days of purchase, you find the same wine (same producer, vintage, format, and condition) being sold at a lower price by another qualifying UK wine retailer, just send us the proof.

  • Once verified, we’ll refund the difference back to your original payment method — because loyalty deserves fairness.

We do this because we’re confident in our prices and committed to treating our members with integrity. But we also have safeguards to keep things fair for everyone. We’ll only match legitimate offers from long-standing businesses and limit refunds in cases of unusually steep discounts.

 


EDKA Wines Price Match Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

Our Price Match Guarantee is available exclusively to active Edka Wines members. It is designed to ensure our customers receive the best possible value when shopping with us. The following terms apply:

Eligibility:

  • Applies only to wines purchased from Edka Wines by registered members.

  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase.

  • The competing offer must be for the exact same wine (same producer, vintage, size and bottle condition).

  • The competing retailer must be a UK-based, VAT-registered wine merchant actively trading for at least 2 years, with a public-facing website and verifiable contact details.

Price Match Conditions:

  • The lower price must be publicly advertised and still available at the time of verification.

  • The competitor’s price must include all applicable costs (e.g., VAT and delivery charges).

  • We do not match:

    • Auction or marketplace listings (e.g., eBay, Vivino, WineBid).

    • Membership-only, closed-group, or private discounts.

    • Clearance, liquidation, or flash sale events.

    • Obvious pricing errors or loss-leading practices.

  • The maximum refund per wine is 40% of the Edka Wines purchase price.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of a successful claim.

How to Claim:
Please send the following to edka@edkawines.com:

  1. Your order number and the wine in question.

  2. A screenshot or link showing the competitor's offer, with price and availability.

  3. The name and website of the retailer.

We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet these criteria or appear to be exploitative in nature.

Fair Use Policy:
To maintain fairness, Edka Wines monitors usage of this program. We reserve the right to decline claims where there is evidence of price manipulation or coordinated activity to undermine the intent of this guarantee.
