Description
How it tastes
Strikingly pink with a fine, delicate mousse — floral aromas giving way to an explosion of red berry fruit, soft and seductive with a light, airy finish. 100% Pinot Noir.
The producer
Abelé is the fifth oldest Champagne house, established in 1757 and family-run for generations. A vintage rosé from 2008, one of the great Champagne years, now approaching maturity rather than waiting for it.
Food and drinking
Good with seafood, poultry & pork and cheese. Built for the long term — decades, if kept well. Serve at 8°C.
