Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir – from Les Coteaux des Riceys, known for its richness, depth, complexity, and intense strawberry flavour profile. Pinot Noir here delivers vibrant red-fruit notes (wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry), fine spice, and a supple yet structured palate. The cool climate and Kimmeridgian limestone/marl soils of Les Riceys enhance aromatic precision, minerality, and length—ideal for crafting expressive rosé Champagne with vinosity and aging potential.
