Why this wine
The house's second flagship, released only after four years in American oak and four more in bottle, which is why it arrives drinkable rather than demanding a cellar. Critics place its window well into the 2030s, so there is no hurry either way. The classical Haro style — savoury, silky, built on texture rather than fruit weight.
