About the Winery: Champagne Lelarge-Pugeot is a boutique, organic grower based in Vrigny, a Premier Cru village. The family has been making wine since 1789. They practice biodynamic principles and were certified organic in 2013, focusing on minimal intervention to express the pure essence of terroir.
Grape Variety: 50% Chardonnay – offers elegance, crispness, citrus and green apple notes with chalky minerality, tension, and finesse; 50% Pinot Noir – contributes structure, red berry and red apple fruit, gentle spice, and depth with fine phenolic grip.

Aroma: Funky aromas of hazelnut with a smoky tang.
