Tempranillo: Predominantly Tempranillo (often 100%) from San Vicente de la Sonsierra, rooted in calcareous-clay soils with marked diurnal swings. The variety contributes vibrant cherry and plum fruit, subtle spice, and refined tannins with medium-high natural acidity. Tempranilloa¢€š¬€ž¢s affinity for oak brings notes of vanilla and tobacco, evolving with age toward leather and savory complexity while maintaining freshness.
Appearance: Deep ruby red with violet hues.
