Description
How it tastes
Textural and expressive, this full-bodied organic Sauvignon Semillon reveals lemongrass, white peach, and lanolin notes with hints of struck match and remarkable balance. Complex and alluring with aromas of citrus peel, lemongrass, and white peach interwoven with lanolin, flint, and a subtle struck-match nuance from wild barrel fermentation. Generous and layered, offering creamy texture and savoury depth. Notes of lemon curd, ripe peach, and gentle toastiness are balanced by fresh acidity and mineral drive, culminating in a long, focused finish of precision and poise. Contains sulphites.
