A vibrant, flinty and herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of passionfruit, lime, and mandarin, underpinned by blackcurrant leaf spice and mineral elegance.

 

About the Winery: Founded in 1885, Undurraga is one of Chileof most prestigious and pioneering wineries, with over 1,350 hectares of estate vineyards across Leyda, Cauquenes, and Itata. Certified by Sustainable Wines of Chile, the estate is led by winemaker Rafael Urrejola, whose ‚Terroir Hunter range showcases Chileof diverse vineyard expressions through minimal intervention and precise winemaking. In 2023, Urrejola became the first Chilean to be named ‚Red Winemaker of the Year by the International Wine Challenge, highlighting Undurragaof commitment to excellence and innovation.

Cellaring Potential: Best enjoyed young within 3‚4 years to capture its vibrancy and coastal precision.
