About the Winery: Founded in Mallorca, 4 Kilos is known for its artisanal, minimal-intervention approach and its commitment to preserving the island’s indigenous varieties. Working with old vines, sustainable viticulture and small-scale vinification, the winery produces expressive, terroir-driven Mediterranean reds of exceptional depth and personality.
Grape Variety: Predominantly local Mallorcan grapes such as Callet and Fogoneu, complemented by other varieties depending on the vintage.
Appearance: Deep ruby with a vibrant purple hue and medium density.
Aroma: Aromas of wild red berries, plum and Mediterranean herbs layered with subtle spice, earthy notes and a hint of smoke.
Palate: Fresh and textured with lively red fruit, supple tannins, herbal undertones and a long, savoury, mineral-driven finish.
Body: Medium.
