Aroma: Ripe pear, quince and baked apple lifted by honeysuckle, almond and subtle spice from barrel ageing.
Palate: Dry and layered; flavours of pear, lemon curd and lanolin glide over chalky texture and refreshing acidity, finishing long and mineral.
