Description
How it tastes
Floral, honey and almond aromas leading to a textured palate with lovely balance and subtle minerality through a smooth finish.
The producer
The regional Bourgogne appellation, made by a grower who also produces Puligny-Montrachet and Chambertin Grand Cru. Same hands, same philosophy, a fraction of the price.
Food and drinking
Good with seafood, rich & creamy dishes and poultry & pork. Ready now, and will hold for a few years yet. Serve at 10–12°C.
