Appearance: Pale lemon with green reflections and bright clarity, suggesting youthful freshness and precision.
Aroma: White flowers, citrus zest and crisp pear interwoven with subtle notes of stone fruit, fresh almonds and chalky minerality. Elegant, lifted and classically Burgundian in profile.
Palate: Fresh, clean and finely textured with bright acidity, flavours of lemon, green apple and peach, and a subtle creamy nuance. Mineral tension supports the long, refreshing finish, delivering finesse and balance without heavy oak influence.
