About the Winery: Domaines Les Astrelles is an emerging, quality-driven Côte de Nuits estate focused on producing elegant, terroir-transparent Pinot Noir from prime village and Premier Cru parcels. Working with sustainable vineyard practices and restrained cellar intervention, the domaine aims to express purity, finesse and the authentic identity of each appellation. Their Gevrey-Chambertin reflects the village’s signature combination of depth, dark-fruited character and earthy mineral complexity.
Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Appearance: Medium to deep ruby with a luminous core and a gently translucent rim typical of youthful Côte de Nuits Pinot Noir.
Aroma: Dark cherry, black raspberry and plum layered with violet, subtle earth, fine spice and a touch of crushed stone minerality expressing classic Gevrey structure and depth.
Palate: Supple yet firm with dark-red fruit, silky but present tannins, lively acidity and a savoury, lingering finish. Balanced and refined, combining purity of fruit with the village’s characteristic earthy complexity.
Body: Medium-bodied with good concentration and finesse.
