Region & Vineyard: Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. Sourced from estate and select grower parcels on volcanic and sandy loam soils, with cool maritime influence promoting slow, even ripening.
Vintage: A cool growing season with mild conditions preserving natural acidity and fine aromatics; low to moderate yields delivered concentration and purity of fruit.
Appearance: Bright ruby red with a translucent edge.
Aroma: Aromas of red cherries, raspberries, and subtle hints of spice and earthiness.
Palate: A vibrant palate with flavors of red berries, complemented by fine tannins and a touch of oak.
Body: Medium-bodied with a silky texture.

Winemaking: Hand-picked fruit, gently destemmed; a portion of whole bunches for perfume and structure. Fermented in small open fermenters with gentle plunging; matured in French oak barriques (approx. 15–25% new) for 9–12 months to preserve purity and finesse.
Alcohol: ~13.0–13.5% ABV (batch dependent).
