a€š

About the Winery: Beaux Freres is a celebrated winery located in the Willamette Valley, Oregon, known for its dedication to producing high-quality Pinot Noir. Founded in 1991, it has received numerous accolades for its commitment to sustainable practices and exceptional wines.

a€š

Vineyard & Terroir: Sourced from the estate Beaux Freres Vineyard in the Ribbon Ridge AVA of the Willamette Valley. Dry-farmed, hand-tended vines rooted in well-drained Willakenzie marine sedimentary soils at moderate elevations, contributing purity, finesse, and savory complexity.

a€š

Appearance: A vibrant ruby red with a clear, bright rim.

a€š

Aroma: Aromas of ripe red cherries, raspberries, and subtle earthy notes with hints of spice.

a€š

Palate: A complex palate with flavors of red fruit, a touch of oak, and a silky texture that leads to a long, elegant finish.

a€š

Body: Medium-bodied with a graceful structure.

a€š

Acidity: Medium acidity that enhances the wine's freshness and balance.

a€š

Tannins: Fine-grained, silky tannins that are polished yet supportive, framing the fruit without heaviness.

a€š

Winemaking: Hand-harvested and sorted; fermented with native yeasts, with a measured proportion of whole clusters depending on vintage. Aged 10a¢€š¬‚¬œ12 months in French oak barrels (a portion new) to preserve aromatics and texture; bottled with minimal handling.

a€š

Alcohol: Approximately 13.5% ABV (vintage dependent).

a€š

Cellaring Potential: Best enjoyed from 2024 to 2032, with potential for further aging.

a€š

Perfect Pairing: Pairs beautifully with roasted duck breast, mushroom risotto, or grilled salmon.

a€š

Serving Temperature: 16a€š°C (60a€š°F); consider a brief 30a¢€š¬‚¬œ45 minute decant for optimal expression. Serve in Burgundy stems.
