Description
How it tastes
Deep, inky, and expressive, this Bonarda exudes dark fruit, liquorice, and chocolate tones wrapped in ripe tannins, finishing long with a fresh mineral lift. Complex aromas of dark plum, blackberry, and black cherry layered with hints of mint, cocoa, and savoury spice from oak ageing. Concentrated and velvety, offering flavours of ripe dark fruits, liquorice, and bittersweet chocolate. The mid-palate is full yet poised, balanced by vibrant acidity and a mineral undertone that carries through the finish. Contains sulphites.
