Description
A supple and rounded Pinot Noir with ripe red fruit and a beautifully balanced finish.
About the Winery: Jean Ropiteau established his wine merchant house in Meursault in 1848, leveraging the railway to promote Burgundy wines. The winery expanded throughout the 20th century, maintaining its values. In 1940, Jean's great-grandson, Auguste Ropiteau, acquired the current Meursault cellars and a property in the Hospice de Beaune, which proved to be a great success. Ropiteau Frères is now a specialist in Côte de Beaune, particularly Meursault, with wines reflecting the nuances of the renowned terroir.
