About the Winery: Creation Wines, located in the cool-climate Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge of South Africa's Walker Bay, was founded by Swiss-born winemaker Jean-Claude Martin and his South African wife, Carolyn. Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir – an elegant and complex grape known for its red fruit characteristics, often displaying notes of cherry and plum, alongside earthy and savoury undertones.

Palate: Complex, velvety, and utterly enchanting, with a harmonious balance of fruit, earth, and spice leading to a refined finish.

Body: Full – this wine is described as complex, velvety, and opulent, indicating a substantial presence on the palate.

Acidity: Medium – while not explicitly stated, the description of a balanced and enchanting wine suggests a well-integrated acidity that contributes to its freshness and structure without being overly sharp.

Cellaring Potential: Medium (5–10 yrs) – Pinot Noir can age gracefully, and the description of complexity and structure suggests it will benefit from some cellaring.
