How it tastes

Pure, crisp and mineral — fresh pear, white peach, honeysuckle, rosemary and clove over stony notes. Dry and lively.

The producer

Koshu is Japan's most important indigenous grape, grown here in Katsunuma, the country's leading region for it. Grace Wine was founded in 1923 in Yamanashi, the birthplace of Japanese wine, and was the first to research and introduce European methods.
