Description
How it tastes
An elegant and refreshing rose from the high-altitude vineyards of Denizli, combining red berry, citrus, and floral notes with bright acidity and a gentle hint of spice. Delicate aromas of strawberry, cherry, and wild raspberry complemented by citrus zest and a touch of spice from Kalecik Karası. Fresh, vibrant, and balanced with intense red fruit flavours supported by subtle citrus tones and lively acidity. The wine is made using direct pressing and fermented at 15–18°C in stainless steel tanks by gravity flow, preserving purity and aromatic precision. The resulting style is crisp and elegant, with a mineral edge and clean finish. Contains sulphites. The producer
Founded in 2007 by Salih and Aslı Kuzu, KuzubaÄŸ Estate Winery is a family-owned producer located in a€¡al, Denizli — a region known since ancient Greek times as Mossyna. The estate's mission is to showcase the potential of indigenous Turkish grape varieties and the distinctive terroir of the Aegean highlands. After 13 years of vineyard establishment, a modern gravity-fed winery was built in 2020, discreetly integrated into the landscape. The estate spans 50 hectares, of which 34 are certified organic and the remainder in conversion. Under the guidance of oenologist Semril Zorlu, all wines are produced exclusively from estate-grown fruit.
