Grape Variety: 85% Agiorgitiko, 15% Syrah – Agiorgitiko is a fragrant red wine grape native to Greece's Peloponnese peninsula, known for producing wines with exceptional maturity, supple tannins and flavours of red cherry, plum and sweet spice. Syrah adds structure, colour and complexity, contributing notes of blackberry, black pepper and violets along with firmer tannins and a touch of smoke.
Appearance: Deep ruby with youthful purple hues; bright and limpid with moderate legs.
Aroma: Intense aromas of summer pudding fruits with spicy flavours of fresh herbs and liquorice, underpinned by black pepper and a hint of violet.
