How it tastes
Intense citrus, passionfruit and peach lifted by a refreshing minerality — exotic and elegant. Dalmatia's great indigenous white.
The producer
The island of Brač is known for its white stone, stina in the local dialect, which gave the project its name. Sea breezes and windy, sunny days with cool nights make for a long, slow ripening.
Food and drinking
Good with seafood, salads and poultry & pork. Ready now, and will hold for a few years yet. Serve at 10–12°C.
