Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir a¢€š¬‚¬œ This delicate and fruity Pinot Noir rose offers fresh aromas of watermelon and lychee, with peachy, stone-fruit flavours and a delightfully smooth texture.

a€š

About Pinot Noir: A thin-skinned, early-budding grape that thrives in cooler climates and chalk/limestone soils, Pinot Noir produces wines with pale colour, low to moderate tannins and high natural acidity. Typical flavours include red cherry, strawberry, cranberry and subtle floral notes. For rose, grapes are gently pressed with minimal skin contact to preserve delicacy, freshness and a clean, vibrant profile. The variety is highly sensitive to site and vintage, making careful vineyard management essential to retain purity and finesse.
