Description
How it tastes
Layers of citrus with tropical peach and mango — youthful yet complex, refreshing and full of juicy yellow fruit. Pošip 70%, Chardonnay 20%, Vugava 10%.
The producer
Vugava is a rare Dalmatian white found almost nowhere but the islands. Grown on Brač in vineyards cooled by sea breezes, where the diurnal swing gives a long ripening period.
Food and drinking
Good with seafood, salads and poultry & pork. Ready now, and will hold for a few years yet. Serve at 10–12°C.
