Description
A lively, joyful expression of rosé Champagne.
About the Winery: Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte is a leading cooperative uniting over 5,000 growers across the Champagne region. Founded on freedom and ambition, this dynamic venture was created in 1972, and sources fruit from a remarkable array of Crus, enhanced by the subtle art of blending. Grapes are vinified by Cru, by area and by grape variety, with a meticulous selection of Grands Crus and Premiers Cru, resulting in wonderfully nuanced Champagnes that reflect harmony, finesse and freshness.
Grape Variety: 45% Meunier, 45% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay – Meunier contributes fruitiness and roundness (supple texture, ripe orchard and stone-fruit tones, early-drinking charm), Pinot Noir provides structure and red fruit notes (cherry, raspberry, subtle spice, depth and length), while Chardonnay adds elegance and freshness (citrus, white flowers, mineral tension, fine mousse and lift).
