Description

An irresistible rosé Champagne combining great precision, freshness and fullness, driven by Chardonnay’s citrus purity and chalky tension, Pinot Noir’s red-berry intensity and spice, and Pinot Meunier’s supple fruit, floral lift and silky texture.

About the Winery: Founded in 1947 and historically established in Reims, Palmer & Co is rooted in the greatest terroirs of the Montagne de Reims with over 200 hectares of vineyards classified as Premier and Grand Crus. Dominated by the freshness and purity of Chardonnay, the Palmer & Co style is characterised by its precision and elegance. The significant proportion of reserve wines and the prolonged ageing give it a rare fullness and maturity. Today Palmer & Co is one of the top-quality references of Champagne, renowned for its signature style of aromatic complexity and refinement as well as its innovative approach to blending, sustainable winegrowing, and a long maturing process for both vintage and non-vintage cuvées. Champagne Palmer is certified sustainable by Haute Valeur Environmental and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC).

Grape Variety: Chardonnay 45%, Pinot Noir 35%, Pinot Meunier 20% - Chardonnay provides freshness, citrus precision, white-flower lift and chalky minerality; Pinot Noir contributes body, structure, and rich aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries and gentle spice; Pinot Meunier adds juicy orchard-fruit charm, supple texture, floral notes, and additional freshness, harmonising the blend.
