About the Winery: Founded in 1977 by Vittorio Moretti, Bellavista is the benchmark producer of Franciacorta, Italy's finest traditional-method sparkling wines. Located in Erbusco in Lombardy, the estate spans over 200 hectares of sustainably farmed vineyards across 10 distinct terroirs. Under the guidance of winemaker Mattia Vezzola, Bellavista combines precision, elegance, and artistry to produce world-class cuvée
that rival the best Champagnes. The name Alma Assemblage 1 reflects the soulful, nurturing character of the estate's wines, crafted entirely from estate-grown fruit using time-honoured methods.
Grape Variety: 80% Chardonnay, 19% Pinot Nero, 1% Pinot Bianco

Aroma: Refined bouquet of white flowers, citrus peel, and ripe apple with subtle notes of brioche, toasted almond, and chalky minerality from long lees aging.
Palate: Elegant and precise, offering vibrant acidity and fine texture. Layers of pear, lemon zest, and hazelnut unfold into creamy brioche and mineral tones. The finish is long, dry, and pure, showcasing perfect balance between fruit intensity and savoury finesse.
