About the Winery: Pierre Gimonnet et Fils is a family-owned Champagne house based in Cuis, at the heart of the Ca´te des Blancs. For over 250 years, the Gimonnet family has cultivated Chardonnay vines across prestigious Premier and Grand Cru villages including Cuis, Cramant, and Chouilly. The estate is celebrated for its pure, mineral-driven Champagnes that express the finesse of Chardonnay with precision and freshness. The *Rose de Blancs* is a unique creation‚¬”an elegant blend of the houseof signature Blanc de Blancs base with a touch of Pinot Noir to add delicate fruit and colour, resulting in a Champagne of both grace and depth.
