Why this wine
Torre de Oña belongs to La Rioja Alta, and Finca Martelo is its single-estate expression — one walled vineyard in Rioja Alavesa rather than a blend drawn from across the region. That distinction matters more than it sounds: most Rioja is assembled, and single-vineyard bottlings are still uncommon. Aged in the Reserva tradition but built on a tighter, more precise frame than the house's larger wines.
