Why this wine
Bideona bottle by village rather than by ageing classification, which is a deliberate rejection of how Rioja has labelled itself for a century. Villabuena sits high in Rioja Alavesa and gives a tauter, more mineral Tempranillo. Rioja judged on where it grew rather than how long it sat in barrel.
