About the Winery: Bideona is a leading terroir-focused producer in Rioja Alavesa, working with micro-vineyard parcels to express the precision, freshness and mineral character of the region’s high-altitude limestone slopes. Their approach blends traditional knowledge with modern precision, resulting in elegant, site-driven Tempranillo.

 

Grape Variety: 100% Tempranillo

 

Appearance: Deep ruby with bright violet highlights.

 

Aroma: Fresh black cherry, plum skin, lavender, graphite and subtle spice, with mineral tension typical of Rioja Alavesa limestone soils.

 

Palate: Vibrant and structured, showing precise black fruit, fine tannins, lifted acidity and a long, savoury, mineral finish.

 

Body: Medium to full.
