Description
How it tastes
An elegant, cool-climate Chardonnay with vibrant grapefruit, fragrant apple, and subtle honey layered over a mineral palate with refreshing acidity and a touch of oak spice. Expressive bouquet of grapefruit, apple, and citrus zest, with subtle notes of honey, cinnamon, and wet stone minerality. Focused and refined, combining flavours of pear, lemon curd, and white peach with a hint of toasted oak. The wine shows excellent tension between richness and freshness, supported by creamy lees texture and mineral length. Contains sulphites.
