How it tastes
Perfumed red fruit, rose and tea with harmonious oak and refined tannins framing a palate of real mineral expression.
The producer
The Cascina Tolina vineyard is a single contiguous plot across Treiso and Neviglie. The Pelissero family have farmed the Langhe for generations from their base in Treiso, at the heart of the Barbaresco zone.
Food and drinking
Good with red meat, cheese and pasta. Drinking well now, with a decade or more ahead of it. Serve at 18°C.
