About the Winery: Viña VIK is an ultra-premium estate in Millahue, in Chile’s Cachapoal Valley, created from the ground up to craft world-class wines. Combining cutting-edge research, diverse granitic and volcanic soils and meticulous, sustainable viticulture, the team focuses on Cabernet Sauvignon and other Bordeaux varieties, producing blends that balance power, freshness and finesse.

Appearance: Deep ruby-red with a vibrant, luminous rim and excellent clarity, reflecting careful selection and precise vinification.
Aroma: Ripe blackcurrant, plum and blackberry layered with notes of strawberry, violet, graphite and a gentle touch of spice and cedar from French oak ageing.
Palate: Silky and concentrated; dark fruits and red-berry lift are wrapped in subtle spice and fine, rounded tannins. Fresh acidity and a mineral thread give balance and length, leading to a persistent, graceful finish.
