About the Winery: Saint Cosme, one of the Rhône Valley’s most historic estates, is renowned for producing expressive, terroir-driven wines. Though based in Gigondas, the estate sources exceptional fruit from select parcels in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, crafting wines of depth, power, and refinement.
Grape Variety: Grenache-dominant blend (approx. 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre)
Appearance: Deep ruby with a glowing garnet rim.
Aroma: Black raspberry, cherry liqueur, garrigue herbs, lavender, spice, and hints of roasted plum and pepper.
Palate: Generous and layered with ripe red and black fruits, supple tannins, savoury spice, and a long, warming, beautifully textured finish.
