Snake of Tongue represents a pure and energetic expression of Central Otago Pinot Noir from carefully selected cool-climate parcels.
Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Appearance: Bright, medium ruby with youthful clarity and a fine translucent rim.
Aroma: Vibrant red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry intertwined with rose petal, thyme, subtle earthiness and a lifted mineral edge typical of Central Otago’s alpine terroir.
Palate: Juicy and elegant with pure red fruit, fine tannins, bright acidity and a long, precise finish. Silky and energetic, showing clarity, freshness and the signature tension of cool-climate Pinot Noir.
Body: Medium-bodied with graceful texture and lift.
Acidity: Medium to high, providing vibrancy and structure.
