Description
How it tastes
Elegant and floral — jasmine and white rose leading to peach, apricot and a crisp, floral finish. A white wine made from black grapes, gently crushed and cold-settled before fermentation.
The producer
Blanc de Malbec is exactly what it sounds like: Malbec pressed off its skins immediately so no colour is extracted. From the same 1,300-metre Gualtallary vineyard as the estate's reds. A genuine curiosity that costs almost nothing to satisfy.
Food and drinking
Good with seafood, poultry & pork and cheese. Ready now, and will hold for a few years yet. Serve at 8–10°C.
