About the Winery: Founded in 1885, Undurraga is one of Chile's most respected wineries and a pioneer of terroir-focused viticulture. Appearance: Deep garnet with violet edges and bright clarity, showing moderate density.
Aroma: Intense blackberries, cassis and violets, lifted by cedar, graphite and subtle herbal tones of sage and thyme.
Palate: Concentrated and silky with black fruit, floral notes and spice over fine-grained tannins. Aged 16 months in French oak, the wine balances power and freshness, revealing Maipoof signature graphite minerality and a long, harmonious finish.
Body: Medium-Full ‚ structured and elegant with smooth texture.
Acidity: Medium ‚ balancing ripeness and lending freshness to the palate.
Cellaring Potential: Drink now or cellar until 2032 for further integration and tertiary development.
