About the Winery: The Latin word Navitas stands for energy, birth, zeal and creation. The philosophy at the beating heart of this young and holistic project is: 'Mindful Winemaking, Meaningful Wines'. Winemaker Maria Dimitriadis and oenologist Grigoris Sotiriadis, who both originally hail from Thessaloniki, produce exquisite wines from the 16-hectare vineyard located at Litochoro, in the Pieria region of Northern Greece. The vines are planted at altitudes of up to 400 metres in the foothills of Mount Olympus, where the cool-climate fruit is seamlessly translated into aromatic wines of great purity. Sustainably cultivated and vegan certified, the wines are certified organic from the 2021 vintage.

Grape Variety: 100% Grenache – offering notes of wild red strawberry and raspberry, with an elegant and aromatic profile. Thin-skinned and naturally low in tannin, Grenache lends a pale hue and supple texture to rosé; picked early from Mount Olympus foothill vineyards to preserve freshness and moderate alcohol. Expect hints of white cherry, citrus zest and a gentle white-pepper lift, with a subtle saline, mineral edge from the well-drained soils.

Appearance: Pale salmon-coloured.

Palate: Fresh, with notes of wild red strawberry, raspberry, and white cherry, complemented by elegant brioche and mineral overtones. The finish is clean and pure.

Body: Light – The wine is light and fresh, making it an easy-drinking and refreshing choice.

Acidity: Medium – The acidity contributes to the wine's freshness and balances the fruit notes, providing a clean and vibrant profile.

Cellaring Potential: Short (2–5 yrs) – This rosé is best enjoyed in its youth to appreciate its fresh fruit and aromatic qualities, but can be cellared for a few years.
