The producer
The sixteen-hectare vineyard sits at 400 metres on the slopes of Mount Olympus, at Litochoro in Pieria. Navitas is Latin for energy and creation; winemaker Maria Dimitriadis works to a stated philosophy of mindful winemaking.
Food and drinking
Good with salads, seafood and poultry & pork. Ready now, and will hold for a few years yet. Serve at 8–10°C.
