Grenache rose from northern Greece, made in a pale Provencal register but with more substance. Dry and herbal.

How it tastes
Wild strawberry, raspberry and white cherry with elegant brioche and mineral overtones. Fresh, pale salmon in colour.
The producer
The sixteen-hectare vineyard sits at 400 metres on the slopes of Mount Olympus, at Litochoro in Pieria. Navitas is Latin for energy and creation; winemaker Maria Dimitriadis works to a stated philosophy of mindful winemaking.
Food and drinking
Good with salads, seafood and poultry & pork. Ready now, and will hold for a few years yet. Serve at 8–10°C.
