Why this wine
O Rosal is the corner of Rías Baixas where Albariño is traditionally blended with Loureiro and Treixadura, and that is what gives Pazo de Seoane its extra aromatic lift and texture over a straight varietal. It comes from the region's largest estate-owned vineyard, hand-picked and optically sorted. A step up in interest from standard Albariño at very little extra cost.
