Vivid and aromatic, hovering between rose petal florals and pomegranate and strawberry fruit. Bright, with lifted acidity.
The producer
Agiorgitiko from the Asprokambos area of Nemea, made in a fresher register than the estate's reds. Gaia work from two wineries — Nemea in the Peloponnese and Santorini — and were central to Greek wine's modern revival.
Food and drinking
Good with seafood, salads and poultry & pork. Ready now, and will hold for a few years yet. Serve at 8–10°C.
