Description
How it tastes
Fresh and fruity with fine bubbles and a floral bouquet, showing citrus hints on the finish a lively and elegant expression of Veneto Prosecco. Fruity and floral, displaying fresh notes of pear, apple blossom, and white flowers, followed by delicate citrus undertones. Produced using the Charmat (Martinotti) method, where a secondary fermentation in pressurised stainless-steel tanks creates the sparkling effervescence. The palate is fresh and balanced, with a fine bubble texture, gentle sweetness, and a crisp citrus finish.
