Cancellation policy

This policy covers the EDKA Wines yearly membership, the only subscription we sell. It is sold by Edka Ltd (company number 10789722), 13 Severn Road, Porthcawl CF36 3LW. Full membership terms: Membership terms & conditions.

How the membership renews

  • Membership costs £120 a year, VAT included. You pay when you join, and it renews automatically every 12 months on the same card until you cancel.
  • If you joined with an introductory offer (for example £99 for the first year), the offer covers the first year only. Renewals are charged at the standard price at the time.
  • We email you 30 days and again 7 days before each renewal with the renewal date, the price and how to cancel. If the price is changing, that email tells you.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time before your renewal date. There is no cancellation fee and you will not be charged again. Any of these works:

  • Sign in to your account, open your membership subscription and choose Cancel

We confirm every cancellation by email. Your member prices continue until the end of the year you have already paid for.

Changing your mind: 14 days

You can cancel within 14 days of first joining, and within 14 days of any renewal payment, and get a refund of the fee you paid, less the value of any member savings you used in that period. We refund within 14 days of your request, to the card you paid with.

After those 14 days the fee for that year is not refundable, but you keep member prices until the year ends and the membership will not renew.

If a renewal payment fails

We will email you and retry the payment. If it still cannot be taken, the membership ends and member prices stop. You can rejoin at any time.

If we end a membership

We may end a membership if it is used to buy wine for resale, or if these terms are seriously broken. If we do, we will refund the unused part of the year's fee.
