Membership — Terms & Conditions

The membership

EDKA Wines membership is sold by EDKA Ltd, 13 Severn Road, Porthcawl CF36 3LW (company 10789722). It costs £120 for 12 months, VAT included, and gives you member prices on eligible wines on edkawines.com, applied automatically at checkout when you are signed in, or check out with the email address you joined with. Member prices and six-bottle prices do not combine; you get whichever is better. Membership belongs to one customer account and is not transferable.

Automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically every 12 months at the price then in force, charged to the payment card you joined with, until you cancel. We will email you 30 days and again 7 days before each renewal, telling you the renewal date, the price and how to cancel. If the price is going to change, we will tell you in that reminder.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time before your renewal date and you will not be charged again. Sign in to your account, open Subscriptions and choose Cancel, or reply to any of our emails, or write to edka@edkawines.com. Your member prices continue until the end of the 12 months you have paid for.

Changing your mind

You can cancel within 14 days of first joining, and within 14 days of any renewal, and we will refund the fee you paid, less the value of any member savings you have used in that time. Contact us by email or from your account and we will refund you within 14 days, to the card you paid with.

The EDKA Promise

Members are covered by the EDKA Promise: find one of our wines for less at another UK retailer within 30 days and we will refund the difference. See what we can and cannot match.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will email members at least 30 days before the change affects them. Changes never apply to a membership year you have already paid for.

Age

You must be 18 or over and live in the UK to join.
