Paul Jaboulet Aîné

Paul Jaboulet Aîné has been making wine on the Hermitage hill since 1834, one of the oldest houses in the northern Rhône. Antoine Jaboulet founded it; his descendants built its name on Hermitage La Chapelle, one of the most collected reds in France.

What we carry comes from the family's other northern Rhône sites — Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, Cornas — Syrah with the same structure and peppery depth at a more accessible price. We stock six, from the everyday Côtes du Rhône Parallèle 45 to the Cornas.
