Why this wine
Four hectares of steep, rocky ground in the Serra de Aire, worked entirely by hand and now made by Catarina Vieira, granddaughter of the winemaker the wine is named for. The maritime climate keeps the fruit lively where much of Portugal gives weight instead, and ten months in French oak adds detail without covering it.
