Why this wine
Louis Barruol of Château de Saint Cosme is one of the Rhône's most respected winemakers, and this is his négoce label working outside appellation rules. Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier are almost never blended, and the pairing gives the wine both cut and perfume. Wild-yeast fermented, unfiltered and bottled early, at an everyday price.
